Read about experiences in our Guest book This house, build in 1996, is located in Cape Coral, a city that is lovingly known as the "Venice of Florida" due to all its boating canals.Property: It is directly situated at a boating canal. Perfect to rent a boat. It takes about 5 minutes by car to get to Cape Coral's beach and about 25 minutes to get to the tropical islands "Sanibel Island" and "Captiva". Cape Coral features large shopping malls and golf courses. This home built in 1996 is located on an approx. 10,000 sq/ft property, and is nicely laid out with tropical plants and palm trees. It offers approx. 1500 sq/ft of living area, a patio under roof, and a screened in pool. It's set in a well maintained residential area of Cape Coral, directly at a canal that leads into the gulf waters. Fishing enthusiasts can pursue their hobby without as much as leaving the property, right from the boat dock. In the pool and patio area there are patio furniture and lounge chairs for your use. You have access to the pool from the master bedroom as well as the living room. The pool is facing the canal with its own boating dock. There's a TV, radio and telephone in the living room. There's a washer/dryer, an iron with ironing board and a vacuum cleaner in the utility room. A two car garage is also available for use. The kitchen features: Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, electric range, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, sink with in-sink garbage disposal. Everything is under central air conditioning, of course. Items such as linen, towels and beach towels, wash and table cloths are freely available for your use. Upon request you may ask the German speaking management for a children's bed and high chair: this is subject to a small surcharge. We are happy to supply you with tips about renting a boat. |
